If it is conclusively determined that the account holder was under the age of 18 at any point, all winnings generated during that period will be forfeited.

Account Registration & Verification
Each player may hold only one registered account on gb 99 at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise additional accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
gb 99 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme consistent with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. All players are required to complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal. Verification may also be triggered at other points including after a defined deposit threshold is reached, after a high-value withdrawal request is submitted, or when unusual account activity is detected.
The standard KYC documentation required includes:
- Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
- Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or other official document dated within the last three months confirming your residential address in Bangladesh.

Deposit Policy

General Bonus Conditions
- Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
- Eligible Games: Not all games on the gb 99 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Malfunction Policy

The phrase "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all game types on the gb 99 platform.
Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension
Players are expected to use the gb 99 platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, the forfeiture of all balances, the voiding of pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification;
- Using a gb 99 account to launder money or process funds on behalf of third parties;

Account Suspension and Closure
gb 99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed, where regulatory or legal requirements demand it, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or other players' interests.
Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach by the player, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at gb 99's discretion without a confirmed player breach, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after any outstanding wagering obligations are settled.
Limitation of Liability
The gb 99 platform and all associated services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While gb 99 makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gb 99's aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gb 99 expressly excludes liability for:
- Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages;
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
- Losses arising from the player's failure to comply with these Terms;
- Losses arising from player-side technical failures including internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or browser incompatibility;
- Losses arising from events outside gb 99's reasonable control (force majeure), including acts of government, natural disasters, or telecommunications network failures;
- The accuracy or reliability of information published by third-party game providers.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law and the laws applicable to online gaming operations. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through gb 99's internal complaints process may be referred to binding arbitration.
